Our religious and biblical classics series seeks to make available in current-usage English works that have long inspired the faith communities such as the R.M. French translation of The Way of a Pilgrim and the Pilgrim Continues His Way and less well-known classics like The Wisdom of the Poor One of Assisi and The Life of Moses-both long out of print and now available in reader-friendly language.
There are several titles aimed for the younger reader, especially appropriate for use in Sunday schools and youth sermons. Most of these, like Worldwide Mission Stories for Young People, come out of the historic mission tradition and have found wide acceptance in the home school market. We also have several mission and church growth titles for the mature reader such as Empowering Congregations and The Church Without Walls which examines what happens when a church community decides not to own a building, but rents or borrows space so that their energy might be devoted to becoming mature in their faith while serving the poor, feeding the hungry and meeting the needs of the marginalized.
We trust that this blend of books for a wide range of readers may be helpful in the your pilgrimage of faith.
